The Miami-Dade Public Library System inaugurated its newly-expanded branch, located at 10785 N.W. 58th Street in the Doral Isles Shopping Center on July 7, 2003.
Improvements at the new Doral branch include brand new furnishings and shelves, new Young Adults and Adult sections, a “Big Cozy Books” room, and eight additional computer stations. With the remodeling completed, the Library System continues its aggressive expansion, encouraging Miami-Dade residents of all ages to delight in reading and participate in book discussions, storytelling, programs and exhibits.
