Miami-Dade Public Library System presents La Belle Vie: The Good Life Documentary Film Screening
– Celebrate Haitian Independence with filmmaker Rachelle Salnave –
(Miami, FL – December 18, 2015) When one filmmaker comes to terms with her own Haitian identity, she discovers a new generation rediscovering their roots in the midst of the rebuilding of a nation.
Bring a chair or a blanket and celebrate Haitian Independence with an outdoor film screening and a special Q&A session with Director/Producer Rachelle Salnave. The event takes place on Thursday, January 21st at 5:30 p.m. at the Arcola Lakes Branch located at 8240 NW 7th Ave in Miami.
