Miami‑Dade Public Library System presents Social Media Basics
– Program will introduce social media skills to those 55 or better –
(Miami, FL – March 19, 2015) The Miami‑Dade Public Library System will host Social Media Basics for those 55 or better. The program will be an overview of how to use modern social networks to not only connect with family and friends, but to also meet people with similar interests. Classes will include information on Meetup, Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and LinkedIn. Participants will need a valid e‑mail address.
Classes will be held at the following locations, dates and times:
Monday, April 6, 4 p.m.
South Miami Branch
Saturday, April 18, 1:30 pm.
South Dade Regional
Wednesday, May 13, 4:30 p.m.
West Dade Regional
Saturday, May 23, 10:30 a.m.
West Kendall Regional
