Grab a blanket and enjoy a captivating evening of stories from around the world!

As a prelude to Miami-Dade Public Library System’s Art of Storytelling International Festival Day, which is being held on Saturday, April 30 from 10:30 a.m. – 4 p.m. at the Main Library, the Library System will present a storytelling evening series entitled ‘Tales Under the Stars’ at selected branches. Sharing tall tales and folklore are renowned tellers Diane Williams, Javier Del Sol, Sandra Ettosi Brooks, Dylan Pritchett, Baba Lyons, Heather Forest and Lela Lomardo. New to this year’s line-up are two special event locations – the Miami Circle and Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden.  All performances are free and open to all ages.
