Miami-Dade Public Library System

(MIAMI, JANUARY 4, 2012) – The Deering Estate at Cutler, in collaboration with the Miami-Dade Public Library System, offers the enriching “Book Nook by the Bay” program in which guests can enjoy storytelling, on-site eco-arts and crafts, science programs and much more! Each month focuses on a different theme, storytelling and a host of activities.

Book Nook by the Bay will beheld on Saturday, January 21, 2012 from 10 a.m.  -12 p.m., at the Deering Estate at Cutler located at 16701 SW 72 Avenue. About the Deering Estate at Cutler
The Deering Estate at Cutler, a Miami-Dade County Park, is located at 16701 SW 72 Avenue in Miami. This 444-acre natural and archeological preserve and historic site is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and serves as a center for education, culture and recreation. Historic house tours are offered daily at 10:30 am & 3:00 pm. Natural areas tours are offered daily at 12:30 pm (October – May).
