The Key Biscayne Branch Library is closed for the construction of a new replacement branch. Library services are available at our temporary branch location at
Key Colony Plaza, 200 Crandon Boulevard, #101.

Future Key Biscayne Branch Library

Project highlights include:

Construction of a new two-story 20,000-square-foot facility
YOUmedia Miami studio for audio and video content creation
Sensory-friendly play area for patrons of all abilities
Adult Learning Academy and Tutoring Learning Center
High-speed Wi-Fi connectivity both inside and outside the branch
Latest computers and laptops
Literacy and Storytelling Stage in the children’s area
Two multipurpose rooms for activities, events and community programming
Study Rooms
Collaboration areas and meeting spaces
Large collection of books and other library materials

The Village of Key Biscayne Council approved the Site Plan for the new Key Biscayne Branch Library on October 11, 2022.
