Art Meets Advocacy at the Library
Climate of Art is a three-time award-winning art program hosted by the Miami-Dade Public Library System focused on environmental awareness through art to foster community engagement and advocacy. This year's theme, Beyond the Surface – A Deep Dive into Water, highlights the significance of Miami's Biscayne Bay and its diverse ecosystem.
The program will feature a four-month series of workshops highlighting various art forms related to water preservation and will culminate in a grand art exhibition at the Miami Beach Regional Library on August 24, inviting participants and guests to explore eco-friendly art, connect with environmental organizations, meet local artists and more.
