This five-week class provides you with tips and guidance on keeping a journal for personal growth and wellness. Writing exercises, poems and prompts will be used to inspire individual writing. Sharing your own reflective writing process will be optional. Presented by Barbara Kreisberg, Certified Poetry Therapist. Registration is required.
