Join us for a brief introduction of African dance and music culture will be presented. In this workout session, participants will use drum sticks to play rhythms on their exercise stability ball within a variety of poly-centric dance moves that will work up a sweat and burn hundreds of calories all while enjoying the upbeat rhythms of Afro-beats.
