Lauren Jane Clancy will read her picture book, Namaste 'N Play: A How-To-Yoga Adventure for Little Yogis, followed by a fun and interactive yoga experience inspired by the story. Through gentle movement, imaginative play and simple mindfulness activities, children of all abilities will build body awareness, practice focus and explore healthy ways to express themselves.
