Join University of Florida Master Gardeners as they teach the a step-by-step process of turning leaves, branches, paper plates and other recyclable materials into rich organic soil called compost. Presented by UF/Miami-Dade Cooperative Extension Service in partnership with the City of Doral. Registration is required. Zoom link will be emailed to registrants within 24 hours of the event start time. Ages 12 yrs.+
Workshop participants will receive a voucher (one per household, Miami-Dade residents only) for a free compost bin. Pick up your free bin at the Miami-Dade County Department of Solid Waste Management. The pickup location will be provided after the program.
