About the Presenters

AnnMarie Henry, Christine Malcolm, and Keith Moore make up the team of researchers and producers who created Profiles in Black Miami. This project seeks to tell the story of African diaspora who built Miami, from the mid-19th century to the present day, through a series of documentaries.

About the Voices from Florida Series

The Special Collections and Archives Division of the Miami-Dade Public Library System presents Voices from Florida, a monthly series about Florida's culture, literature, history, and communities.
