Join vegan chef Janay Laing, author of "Making Plants Delicious," for an introduction to the art of making vegan chili. Learn her technique for creating amazing chili using plant-based beef, colorful vegetables and dairy-free sour cream. Attendees will be treated to a free cup of her award-winning chili.
