High-Resolution Materials Request Form

To request a high-resolution file of any material for single use from the Miami-Dade Public Library System Digital Collections, please fill out this form. Please note that certain materials, such as artwork, may be subject to special considerations and copyright restrictions. If you have any questions or need more information, email SpecialCollections@mdpls.org.

Digital files will be electronically delivered via cloud service between five to ten business days.

Guidelines for Usage

  1. If requested material is repurposed or republished elsewhere, credit for the material must be given to the Miami-Dade Public Library System.

  2. When applicable, please send a courtesy copy of the publication containing the reproduction link to SpecialCollections@mdpls.org or mail a physical copy to:

  3. Materials may not be reused in additional publications without written permission from the Digital Collections & Archives Division.
