About Miami Book Month

On October 18, 2022, the Miami-Dade Board of County Commissioners adopted a resolution declaring November 2022 and the month of November of each year thereafter "Miami Book Month." The designation recognizes and highlights the importance of literacy, reading, books and the institutions and organizations that promote literary arts throughout the community, including the Miami-Dade Public Library System, Miami Book Fair and Books & Books. Click here to read the resolution.
