The Bass

The Bass is Miami Beach's contemporary art museum. Focusing on exhibitions of international contemporary art, The Bass presents mid‑career and established artists reflecting the spirit and international character of Miami Beach, along with a vigorous education program for lifelong learning for visitors of all ages.

Black Police Precinct & Courthouse Museum

The Black Police Precinct & Courthouse Museum pays homage to the brave pioneers who served as the City of Miami's first Black patrolmen and the first Black police officers during the decades of racial segregation. The building was the first and only Negro-only police precinct and courthouse in the nation. Today, it houses an array of police memorabilia and a vast collection of photographs and archives. Guided tours are led by retired City of Miami police officers, and the museum works closely with local schools and nonprofits to offer cultural and educational resources to the community year-round.

Coral Gables Museum

The Coral Gables Museum’s focus is architecture, urban design and planning, sustainable development and preservation—architectural, cultural and environmental. This mission statement is interpreted through a variety of exhibits and programs. The Museum features a wonderful tour program—Saturday morning downtown Coral Gables walking tours, monthly bike tours and monthly canoe tours in addition to a weekly 1 p.m. exhibit tour on Sundays. The Museum building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and is LEED Certified by the United States Green Building Council.

The Curtiss Mansion

The Curtiss Mansion, located in scenic Miami Springs, is the former home of famed aviator and inventor Glenn Curtiss. Curtiss is considered the "Father of Naval Aviation" and was once world famous as the "The Fastest Man on Earth." He created over 500 inventions in his lifetime and held over 400 patents! Curtiss was not only influential on the world stage, but also locally. He founded Miami Springs, Hialeah and Opa‑locka, as well as the first Miami airport and the Hialeah Racetrack. The 1925 Pueblo Revival Mansion is currently run by the nonprofit Curtiss Mansion, Inc., and is a Smithsonian recognized National Historic Site. Come enjoy its one hour historical tour every Saturday at 10 a.m. The Curtiss Mansion is kid‑friendly, including a paper scavenger hunt for children to have fun while learning.

Deering Estate

Deering Estate is a 21^st Century house museum, cultural and ecological field station, and a national landmark listed on the National Register of Historic Places, owned by the State of Florida and managed by Miami-Dade County Parks, Recreation and Open Spaces Department. Deering Estate is designated as one of seven Miami-Dade County "Heritage Parks" which have a vital role in our community’s history, environment and in providing recreational and cultural experiences.

Fruit & Spice Park

The Fruit & Spice Park hosts more than 500 varieties of fruits, vegetables, spices, herbs, nuts, and other commercially important plant specimens from around the world. Take a guided tour conducted daily at 11 a.m., 1:30 p.m. and 3 p.m.

HistoryMiami Museum

HistoryMiami Museum, a Smithsonian Affiliate located in downtown Miami, safeguards and shares Miami stories to foster learning, inspire a sense of place, and cultivate an engaged community. The museum accomplishes this through education, collections, research, exhibitions, publications, and City Tours. Now celebrating its 82nd anniversary, the museum is a 70,000-square-foot facility and home to more than two million historical images and 30,000 three-dimensional artifacts, including a 1920s trolley car, artifacts from Pan American World Airways, and rafts that brought refugees to Miami. Jewish Museum of Florida Florida International University

The mission of the Jewish Museum of Florida–FIU is to collect, preserve and interpret the material evidence of the Florida Jewish experience from when Jews were first allowed to settle in 1763 and up to the present and to interpret this history in the context of the American Jewish experience. A focus is to explore the richness and diversity of Jewish life, the unique ways in which Florida Jews influence and are influenced by the historic and cultural dynamics of Florida, the nation, and the world, and issues of discrimination against all peoples in Florida over history.

The Museum is dedicated to multi‑cultural education and demonstrates through exhibitions, public programs, and a collection of archival materials how the challenges of the immigrant experience are shared by all ethnicities in the diverse State of Florida and the nation.

Lowe Art Museum University of Miami

From its origins in three classrooms in 1950, the history of the Lowe Art Museum reflects an unswerving commitment to fulfill its mission to serve the University of Miami as a teaching resource, and the residents of and visitors to greater Miami as its major general art museum.

The Lowe's success in fulfilling its mission is confirmed by an extraordinary and ongoing outpouring of support for the museum and its collections. With the gift in 1950 by philanthropists Joe and Emily Lowe, a free‑standing museum facility opened to the public in 1952, the first art museum in South Florida. Its 17,500‑object collection is one of the most important in the southeast, with strengths in Renaissance and Baroque, American, Ancient and Native American, and Asian art.

Miami Children's Museum

Founded in 1983, Miami Children’s Museum is dedicated to enriching the lives of all children by fostering a love of learning and enabling children to reach their highest potential. Visitors of all ages are encouraged to play together, learn, imagine and create. The 56,500‑square‑foot facility includes 17 galleries, classrooms, and a 200‑seat auditorium. The museum offers hundreds of bilingual, interactive exhibits; programs and classes, including special needs classes; Subway restaurant; KidSmart educational gift shop and learning materials related to arts, culture, community and communication.

Museum of Art and Design (MOAD) 
Miami Dade College

The Museum of Art and Design (MOAD) at MDC offers groundbreaking exhibitions and programs that aim to foster a reimagined Miami. Exploring the challenges and opportunities we face locally and globally, MOAD convenes artists, designers, and thinkers to address the urgent questions of our time. As the flagship museum of Miami Dade College and located in Miami’s National Historic Landmark Freedom Tower, MOAD strives to be a catalyst for action and a place that empowers people to remake their city.

MOAD offers free general admission to the public every Thursday evening from 4:00 - 8:00 p.m. and every Sunday from 1:00 - 6:00 p.m.

Museum of Graffiti

The Museum of Graffiti is the world's first museum dedicated to graffiti art. The Museum of Graffiti exhibits, educates, and celebrates the thousands of graffiti artists who have transformed walls in our public spaces into vibrant masterpieces. The museum is located in the heart of Wynwood. What was once a sleepy industrial neighborhood, Wynwood was transformed by graffiti artists into the largest open­air gallery in the world. Despite being a global arts destination, the Museum of Graffiti is Wynwood's very first museum. While the main exhibitions are indoors, the Museum has programmed several of the exterior walls to present the work of today's top graffiti artists.

Patricia & Phillip Frost Art Museum Florida International University

The Patricia & Phillip Frost Art Museum opened in 1977 on the campus of Miami's Florida International University. Initially a gallery of 3,000 square feet, the Frost Art Museum now occupies an architecturally significant building designed by Yann Weymouth, with more than 6,500 works of art and a distinguished exhibition program. A cultural beacon that serves South Florida with world‑class exhibitions and influential educational programs, the Frost Art Museum enhances the University's educational mission as a local and global center of knowledge and culture.

Phillip & Patricia Frost Museum of Science

The Phillip and Patricia Frost Museum of Science is a leading science museum dedicated to sharing the power of science, sparking wonder and investigation, and fueling innovation for the future. Located in Downtown Miami’s waterfront Museum Park, Frost Science is divided into four buildings, the Frost Planetarium, Aquarium, and North and West Wings, where guests can learn about the core science behind living systems, the solar system and known universe, the physics of flight, light and lasers, the biology of the human body and mind, and much more. Guests can explore the world of science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) in an experiential setting with interactive exhibitions and unique shows.

Restrictions: Museum Pass tickets are valid for museum admission during regular operating hours, which includes access to the museum's exhibitions and aquarium, including choice of one Frost Planetarium show (pending availability). Special exhibitions may also be available for an additional fee.

Pérez Art Museum Miami

With its vibrant lineup of exhibits, hands-on workshops, educational programs, lectures and community events, the Pérez Art Museum Miami (PAMM) takes center stage as one of Downtown Miami’s most prominent cultural destinations. The museum’s critically acclaimed building designed by Swiss architectural firm Herzog & de Meuron, houses an impressive collection of 20th and 21st century art with an emphasis on works that relate to Miami’s ethnically rich community as well as Latin America, the Caribbean and the African diaspora. Art lovers can explore the museum’s two floors of galleries comprised of nearly 3,000 permanent collection pieces plus additional rotating exhibits, then head outdoors to marvel at the hanging gardens and large scale sculptures amidst the native hammock garden.

Once you’ve worked up an appetite from all the art browsing, complete your visit with seasonal contemporary cuisine and spectacular views of Biscayne Bay at Verde, PAMM’s onsite casual eatery. Or stop by the PAMM shop for a curated selection of decorative objects, handmade accessories and art books.

The Wolfsonian
Florida International University

The Wolfsonian—FIU is a museum, library, and research center that uses objects to illustrate the persuasive power of art and design, to explore what it means to be modern, and to tell the story of social, historical, and technological changes that have transformed our world. The collections comprise approximately 120,000 objects from the period of 1885 to 1945—the height of the Industrial Revolution to the end of the Second World War—in a variety of media including furniture; industrial‑design objects; works in glass, ceramics, and metal; rare books; periodicals; ephemera; works on paper; paintings; textiles; and medals.

Zoo Miami

Zoo Miami is the ideal place for an individual, a couple, or an entire family to spend a day. As a matter of fact, guests can travel the world in one day! They can visit Africa, Asia, the Amazon, and Australia. Zoo Miami consists of 340 developed acres with more than 2,500 animals and over 1,200 plants and trees. Guests can feed giraffes and parrots; have animal encounters; meet the keepers during scheduled Meet the Zoo keeper talks; and much more. Zoo Miami has food and drink concession stands throughout and a beautiful gift shop where you can buy that special memento that will bring back wonderful memories of Zoo Miami!

Passes valid every day during regular operating hours-museum pass admits 2 adults and 2 children. Children 2 years or age and younger enter free and do not need to be included in the pass count. Passes are to be redeemed at the turnstiles located at the main entrance of the zoo.
