Ingredients:

  • 4 large Yukon Gold potatoes
  • 1 small onion
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 tablespoon salt
  • 1/2 cup flour (use 1/2 cup brown rice flour as a gluten-free option)
  • Garlic and pepper to taste
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Toppings (optional):

  • Applesauce
  • Sour cream

Tools:

  • Peeler
  • Grater (either a hand grater or a food processor)
  • Utility knife
  • Cutting board
  • 2 mixing bowls
  • Colander
  • Mixing spoon
