PLEASE BRING THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION ON A FLASH DRIVE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE EVENT:
• Company’s name, address, email, and contact person
• Local business tax receipt if company physical address is in Miami-Dade County
• Certificate of Corporation
• Signed and dated W-9 Form (Rev. 3-2024)
• Any preprinted IRS form issued by the IRS identifying your business name and EIN
Bringing your laptop is highly recommended, as a limited number of laptops may be available at the library.
