Did you know that chair yoga is a great way for older adults to improve balance, increase flexibility, protect joints, and reduce stress? Follow along as a certified instructor teaches various poses that may be done seated or standing behind the chair. Please wear comfortable clothing. Mats will be provided. Registration is required.
