Born out of the iconic anime studio Gainax, Studio Trigger started as an ambitious endeavor from Gurren Lagann director Hiroyuki Imaishi. Known for wholly original stories, zany characters, and outstanding 2D animation, Studio Trigger stood out in the world of animation throughout the 2010s.
