Join Max Ferro, an accomplished artist and seasoned educator, for an immersive, hands-on workshop that dives into the creative world of comic making. In this engaging session, participants will explore the fundamental elements of visual storytelling—from developing original characters and crafting dynamic panel layouts to experimenting with dialogue, pacing, and artistic style.
Designed for both beginners and those with some experience, the workshop offers a supportive environment where creativity and personal expression are encouraged. Through guided exercises, group discussions, and one-on-one feedback, Max will share practical techniques and insider tips to help you bring your unique stories to life on the page.
By the end of the workshop, each participant will have the foundation and creative momentum to begin their own comic project. While the comic will be started during the session, participants will continue developing and completing it independently, equipped with the tools, knowledge, and inspiration to see it through.
