Biography
Alvin M. Hayes retired after a successful career selling technology products & services to Fortune 500 companies. Alvin is the creator of “The whileBlack Chronicles," a historical fiction series about the Black experience in America.
Hayes, a native of Hartford, CT., received his BS degree in Sociology from Tennessee State University and is a Life Member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity. He currently resides in South Florida. Hayes shares his African American Historical Fiction stories to bring awareness to historical events and how Black families survived and prospered despite laws, anti-Black mindsets, and violence.
