About the Poet
Trey Rhone is a Black poet and educator from Augusta, Georgia. He currently resides in Miami, Florida, and received his MFA in creative writing from Florida International University. His poems have been featured twice on Miami-Dade County's website for Songs of America and Generation 305, poetry initiatives by two of Miami's poet laureates.
