This class introduces fundamental belly dancing techniques, while blending with flamenco, hip-hop, Indian, contemporary and modern dance styles. There will be a focus on posture, slow serpentine movements, muscle control, sharp isolations and yoga-inspired warmups designed to build strength and flexibility. Registration required.
