Momma Mat Pilates for Moms and Babies

Join this free pilates class designed for postpartum bodies. This prenatal-friendly class encourages moms to move, strengthen and connect in a supportive environment. Bring your baby along for a fun workout. Please bring your own mat, as well as any toys, bouncers or blankets to keep your baby comfortable during class.
