Biography

Karelia Martinez Carbonell Karelia holds a Doctorate in Public Administration with a concentration on non-profit management. She has served on numerous nonprofit boards in Coral Gables. Ms. Carbonell is currently the president of the Historic Preservation Association of Coral Gables where she leads the Association’s mission of promoting the understanding and importance of historic resources and their preservation from Mediterranean to Modern architecture.
