Please bring the following information on a flash drive to participate in the event:
- Company's name, address, email, and contact person.
- Local business tax receipt if company physical address is in Miami-Dade County.
- Certificate of Corporation.
- Signed and dated W-9 Form (Rev.3-2024).
- Any preprinted IRS form issued by the IRS identifying your business name and EIN.
Bring your laptop, as a limited number of laptops may be available at the library.
The Miami-Dade County Strategic Procurement Department will present the Vendor Registration Bootcamp. The Bootcamp is an in-person open forum where new and experienced local entrepreneurs can learn how to access the Procurement Department's eSupplier Portal and become a county vendor. You are invited to bring your own laptop computer and log into the eSupplier portal as the Procurement Department staff walks you through the registration process, step-by-step. During the bootcamp, small and local businesses will create their own profile in the portal so that they can compete for Miami-Dade County Contracts once they are registered as bidders. Presented by the Miami-Dade County Strategic Procurement Department and the Miami-Dade Public Library System in partnership with Miami-Dade County's Strive305 Small Business Initiative, a program of Miami-Dade County Mayor Daniella Levine Cava.
