Ingredients needed: Package of rice paper wrappers required.
Optional ingredients: steamed shrimp; cooked, shredded chicken; 1 carrot, peeled & julienned; 1 cucumber, julienned; 1 red pepper, julienned; purple cabbage, chopped in thin strips; thin, cooked rice noodles; cilantro, mint and/or basil; lettuce torn into bite size pieces; dipping sauce: 1/4 cup peanut butter; 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce, 2 teaspoons soy sauce, 1 clove minced garlic, teaspoon of chili garlic sauce or sriracha.
