Use fresh fruit and fruit juices to make delicious, healthy frozen treats that may be enjoyed by the entire family! You will need the following: fresh or frozen fruit or berries of your choice; sugar, water, fruit juice, yogurt or milk (optional); blender; popsicle forms or little paper or plastic cups and popsicle sticks.
