Please confirm attendance at http://miamidade.gov/vendorbootcamp. Bringing your laptop is highly recommended, as a limited number may be available at the library. Please bring the following information on a flash drive to participate in the event:
- Company's name, address, email, and contact person.
- Local business tax receipt if company physical address is in Miami-Dade County.
- Certificate of Corporation.
- Signed and dated W-9 Form (Rev.3-2024).
- Any preprinted IRS form issued by the IRS identifying your business name and EIN.
Bringing your laptop is highly recommended, as a limited number of laptops may be available at the library.
