  • Introduction to sewing must-haves: needles, fabric, thread and seam rippers


Machine Threading Basics

  • Step-by-step demonstration on how to properly thread a sewing machine
  • Understanding the bobbin, tension, and threading path
  • Guided practice so you can thread your machine confidently on your own


Hands-On Stitching Practice

  • Learn how to control the sewing machine’s speed
  • Practice stitching on scrap fabric to get a feel for handling fabric and guiding it through the machine
  • Build confidence with straight-line stitching and adjusting speed as you go
