Chair Yoga

Did you know that chair yoga is a great way for older adults to improve balance, increase flexibility, protect joints and reduce stress? Follow along as a certified instructor teaches various poses that you can do seated or standing behind the chair. Please wear comfortable clothing. Registration is required.
