Journaling for Your Health - May is Mental Health Awareness Month and journaling has been shown to improve our mental and emotional health. Please join Baptist Health expert Beth Ruhmann, certified therapeutic recreation specialist, to learn more about the benefits of journaling, such as better sleep, stronger immune systems and reduced stress. Participants will also receive a free journal to decorate, so feel free to bring your own art supplies or use those provided by the library.
