A hands-on entrepreneurship program where students go beyond learning about business—they actually build one. Led by Business Owner Yessenia Gomez of Raw South, this four-week session guides students through developing an idea, creating a product, and learning how to market and sell it. Week 1: The Entrepreneur Mindset
Students learn how entrepreneurs think and howe to identify real-word problems and opportunities. They begin brainstorming ideas and exploring how businesses solve problems for customers.
Week 2: Developing a Business Idea
Students refine their ideas and learn how businesses create value. They explore key concepts such as pricing, revenue, and how products or services are structured.
Week 3: Branding, Marketing, and Customer Experience
Students learn how businesses communicate their ideas to the world. They explore branding, messaging, and how to create memorable customer experiences.
Week 4: Pitch Day
Students prepare and present their business ideas in a Shark Tank- style presentation for parents. This final session builds confidence, communication skills and pride in their work.
