Summer Crafts: Ocean Life

Let's see what we can create inspired by life under the sea! Join us in person at the library or online via Zoom. Materials provided for in-person event. Space is limited for this online and in-person event. Registration is required. For online event, Zoom link will be emailed to registrants within 24 hours of the event start time. Ages 6 - 12 yrs.
If joining from home, please have the following materials handy:
Paper Plate Swimming Jellyfish Craft (June 25)
- paper plate
- small piece of cardboard
- blue paint
- pink paint (or color you’d like to paint your jellyfish)
- paintbrush (We love sponge brushes!)
- colorful yarn
- googly eyes stickers
- jumbo craft stick
- scissors (Adult supervision needed)
- tacky glue
Handprint Fish Puppets (July 9)
- card stock paper
- beads
- glue
- popsicle stick
- googly eye
- blue marker
Ocean Process Art Project (July 23)
- blue and white washable paint
- silver or blue glitter
- paintbrushes, cotton swabs, or fingers
- cups for water
- paint trays or paper plates
- smocks
- paper fish cutouts
- glue or glue sticks
