Can Cuban food be vegan and delicious? Join chef Janay Laing to discover the rich flavors of Cuban cuisine without the meat! Using plant-based ingredients, Janay will demonstrate how to make Cuban steak sandwiches, arroz criollo, and a special creamy sauce.
