Join us for a celebration of the Latin American artists whose works interpret memory, horizon, and infinite possibilities through abstract works. Through their art, abstraction becomes a living and open language capable of reconstructing itself in the most diverse contexts. Throughout its evolution, the 7 Plus One Art Project has maintained a strong conceptual coherence, embracing abstraction as a living and open language capable of reconfiguring and reconstructing itself in the most diverse contexts. This becomes evident in the present exhibition, whose title could not be more fitting, as it reflects the common thread running through these works.
Abstraction has never been a mere formal game; it has never been devoid of content or confined to the decorative. This exhibition — and the larger project to which it belongs — champions abstraction as memory, but also as horizon, for its infinite possibilities. Inner experience finds its resonance in abstract forms and in the weight of that deep content that words cannot fully capture. The artists presented here abide by a plastic freedom, and it is this very freedom that we rediscover in the visual thinking of abstraction.
